Sub 70 Sycamore 002 Mid Mallet Putter

Mid-mallets get less attention than they deserve and the Sycamore 002 is Sub 70's. A plumber's neck gives moderate toe hang, so the head turns as an arcing stroke asks it to while carrying more material behind the ball than a blade does. Milled from 1045 carbon steel, black, 35 inches, both hands.

Left-handed availability is the thing to note. Sub 70 builds roughly half its putter range in both hands and this is one of them, which matters because left-handed golfers are usually pushed toward face-balanced mallets whatever their stroke. A 002S sits alongside with a slant neck and less hang. Between the two, the plumber's neck is the more familiar shape looking down.
