About this club

Hot Rod ZT swaps the S-hosel used across the rest of PXG's zero-torque range for an onset design, putting the shaft ahead of the face rather than in line with it. The face is 6061 aluminium rather than the stainless the family normally uses, which makes this the softest striking ZT model. Three lengths, black, both hands, under a Slant Pistol grip.

Aluminium and zero-torque are a sensible pairing. A head that resists rotation gives up some of the feedback a golfer uses to judge a strike, and a softer face at least changes the character of what is left. An SL2 sits beside it with every stored specification identical. Whatever separates the two lives in the head shape.
