About this club

Torpedo is the newest head in PXG's Battle Ready II range and the only one offered in black alone. It's a high-MOI shape, multi-material over a 303 stainless face, with the family's four hosel options behind it: double bend, heel shafted, plumber's neck and armlock. Toe hang depends on which you take.

High-MOI heads are usually locked to face-balanced geometry, so having heel shafted and plumber's neck on the menu is the interesting part. A golfer with a genuine arc can have maximum stability without fighting the putter, which is a combination the rest of the market mostly refuses to build. Four lengths plus armlock, both hands. Get the hosel right and the head takes care of itself.
