About this club

The Le version changes one thing that matters and leaves everything else alone. Loft holds at 38.5 degrees with 8 degrees of bounce, cast from 431 stainless steel in chrome, and the club is still built to be stroked rather than swung.

What differs is the build. Ping's own Le Wedge shaft replaces the standard options, in ladies flex, under a Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360, so the whole club comes down in weight for a slower swing. Both hands are covered. For a golfer who loses shots around the green to a lofted wedge and wants the problem taken away rather than practised out, this is the same solution at a weight she can actually deliver.
