Kirkland Signature KS1 Putter

Costco's putter is milled in one piece from 303 stainless steel, and the striking surface is not an insert at all but a pattern of milled bumps cut straight into the head. That is an expensive way to build a putter. Finding it at this price is most of why the KS1 drew the attention it did in 2020, and why it still turns up in the bags of people who own far dearer equipment.

Two 10 gram weights sit in the sole, at heel and at toe, and a separate kit was sold with heavier pairs plus a 50 gram grip weight for anyone wanting to shift the balance further back. The grip is a SuperStroke CounterCore Mid Slim 2.0, counterweighted by design. Stock length was 34.5 inches. Both hands were eventually served, the left handed version arriving well after launch, and the price drifted from 139 dollars down to under a hundred.
