About this club

The copper W5 is the chrome club in a different skin, and the skin is rather the point. Copper knocks down glare and warms the look at address, over the same cast 8620 carbon steel head and double milled face its plated sibling uses. Seven lofts, 48 to 60 degree, with the same three soles sitting behind them.

Sole choice is the real fitting decision on this one. An I profile serves the 48 to 54 degree wedges and full shots, C opens the face on firm ground, S puts a wider base under a steeper delivery, and bounce lands at 8, 10 or 12 degree depending which pairing you land on. Every head is cast and finished in Japan, built to order in Sakata like the rest of the line. Nothing here is trying to be clever. Right-handed only.
