Kai'li Dark Waves Red 50 and the 40 gram MCA Vanquish stock the OPTM MAX-D, a lighter pairing than the wider 2026 family runs, under lofts of 10.5 and 12 degrees. Flexes still run light to X-stiff, the head holds the family's 460cc multi-material shape with a titanium face; hosel adjustment stays live, and Cobra places the weighting once and leaves it alone. Loft does the lifting.

Read the shafts and lofts together and the MAX-D's job is obvious: flight the ball higher with less effort. What's less usual is the X-stiff option sitting in a lineup like that, room for a fast swing that still wants loft and lightness. It's a broader invitation than these builds usually extend.
