The women's Elyte Max Fast iron is Callaway's 2025 super game improvement set built light from the ground up: Mitsubishi's Eldio White/Green 40 shaft in ladies flex, a Winn Dri-Tac 2.0 women's grip, and a cast head with the 7-iron at 30 degrees. That loft is generous, and it's meant to be. Six clubs make up the stock set, 6-PW and an AW, in either hand.

It suits a moderate-speed player who wants the ball up in the air with minimal effort and has no interest in a long iron. Against the men's Elyte Max Fast, which uses the same 30 degree loft with senior and regular flexes as well, this is the dedicated women's build with a lighter grip and a ladies-flex shaft only. It gets the basics right and stops there, which is the point.
