About this club

The VKTR+ replaced Hogan's original VKTR hybrid, and the change was mostly a simplification. Three adjustable weight ports came out, variable face thickness went in. Two steels do the work now, a hollow 17-4 stainless body carrying a forged 455 maraging steel face, and what remains on the sole is a single red anodised weight screw that is fixed in place. The head arrives set up and stays that way.

Lofts sit at 18, 22 then 26 degrees, spread widely enough to live alongside a set of irons instead of duplicating two of them. Clubs are assembled to order from Hogan's aftermarket shaft rack for right handers, ladies flex up to X-stiff. One thing to watch on the used market: the earlier VKTR carried those sole weight ports, so a listing showing screws in the back is the older club.
