Callaway Paradym Irons

Callaway filed the 2023 Paradym iron under players distance, and the 7-iron loft of 29 degrees is where that label lives. The face is a forged 455 stainless cup, thin enough to flex, sitting on a hollow body, and the effect is a compact-looking iron that still moves the ball out there. It was aimed at a 4 to 12 handicap when it launched, and that's still the right audience.

Three shaft weights come stock, True Temper's Elevate MPH 95 in steel, Project X's HZRDUS Silver Gen 4 at 65 and 75 grams and Aldila's Ascent PL Blue 50 at the light end, all under a 51 gram Callaway Universal grip. Seven clubs, both hands. The game improvement Paradym X, which the women's line carries at 27.5 degrees, is the more forgiving sibling; the standard Paradym suits a golfer after a bit of shape and a thinner topline and can afford a smaller sweet spot to get them.
